English Phonics Teacher

Location: Cambridge English Learning Centre (Sitiawan)

Are you passionate about early childhood education and proficient in English phonics instruction? Join our team as an English Phonics Teacher We are seeking a dedicated individual who can inspire young learners and foster a love for language through engaging phonics lessons.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver dynamic English phonics lessons to young learners, focusing on building foundational reading and writing skills.
- Create a supportive and stimulating learning environment that encourages active participation and fosters confidence in students.
- Utilise a variety of teaching methods and resources to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure a cohesive approach to student learning and well-being.
- Stay updated on best practices in early childhood education and phonics instruction to continuously improve teaching methods.

**Requirements**:

- Early Childhood Diploma or relevant educational qualification.
- Strong proficiency in English phonics instruction and a thorough understanding of phonological awareness concepts.
- Previous experience working with young learners in a classroom setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to creating a positive learning environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of individual students and the class as a whole.
