- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including cleaning and organizing displays, shelves, and merchandise
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and monitoring inventory levels
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register or POS system
- Provide information about products and promotions to customers and assist with product selection
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security protocols
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols
- Working Hours : 10am to 10pm, Monday to Sunday (5-6 day Shifts available)

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting preferred
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and computer skills
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Willing to travel to Aeon Mall Shah Alam and other outlets

**IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate, Student job
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
