Stock Keeper

The stockkeeper will be responsible for managing our inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels, and supporting the efficient operation of our business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments of inventory.
- Organize and maintain inventory in an orderly and accessible manner.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Monitor stock levels and reorder products as needed to prevent shortages.
- Use inventory management software to track stock movement and update records.
- Assist in the preparation of inventory reports and forecasts.
- Collaborate with other team members to fulfill orders and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in handling inventory.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of storage areas.
- Handle returns and damaged goods following company policies.
- Assist in the implementation of inventory control procedures to reduce waste and improve efficiency.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in inventory management or a related field.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Problem-solving abilities to address inventory-related challenges.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
