**Job Summary**:
对销售人员进行产品培训和管理销售表现 To conduct product training for Sales Representative and manage their sales performance.
**Job Descriptions**:
- Responsible for creating training contents for all OPPO products, such as smartphones and wearable etc
- Develop and localized training material according to company strategies
- Revise training plans to meet training requirements and keep technical information up to date
- Plan, develop, and conduct product training programs and development for sales representative
- Visit shops regularly, especially during peak periods to measure the impact of these visits are focusing to increase KPI
- Identify potential stores or low sales performance stores to conduct training programs
- Analyze and evaluate training programs effectiveness through sales performance
- Manage sales performance, attendance, and any disciplinary issues of sales representative
**Job Requirements**:
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office includes Excel, Words and Power Point
- Excellent analytical and time-management skills
- Well organized, meticulous, attentive to details and multitask
- Applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
