Intern As a Valuer

Responsibilities: 1. Able to develop new businesses with Banks and Corporate Entities. 2. To build and promote strong and long-term relationships with new and existing customers. 3. To provide advice and indicative values on all types of properties. 4. Able to conduct site inspection and prepare Valuation Reports for all types of properties. 5. Review local zoning codes. 6. Compare the property’s selling value to other buildings in the area. 7. Draft a report using the notes and photos taken at the property. Requirements: 1. Able to work independently and in group. 2. Good communication in Bahasa Melayu and English. 3. Able to negotiate with clients based on client's needs. 4. Able to travel appointments outside for the inspection purposes. 5.
