Desktop Technician

Essential / Key Duties and Responsibilities:

- Perform desktop, printing, and peripherals support.
- Manage Windows 10 & 11, MS Office Applications, network connectivity, printer mapping etc.
- Manage desktop hardware troubleshooting and diagnosis.
- Knowledgeable on different IT Technologies where continuous learning in the work field is expected.
- Investigate, troubleshoot hardware/ software/ apps and provide resolutions to users.
- Install, configure software and hardware systems, network, printers and scanners.
- Make sure all the Desktop software is patched and upgraded as per latest standards and version from regional in timely manner.
- Perform all other duties that may be assigned by management from time to time.

Job Specifications:

- Minimum Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Computer Science/Information.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Up to RM5,000.00 per month
