**Responsibilities**:

- Assist customer in documentation preparation
- Submit claim to merimen/ Eclaims system within 24 hours
- To order vehicle parts
- Communicate with customer once the claim is approved by the insurance company
- Update the customer on the repairing progress
- To inspect the car before releasing to the customer
- To attend customer enquiry
- To ensure all documentations are done properly
- To ensure vehicle is delivered with quality report standards compliance.

**Job Requirement**:

- Basic Merimen knowledge
- Basic E-claim Knowledge
- Basic automotive knowledge

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
