Requirement:
1-3 years experience having worked in F&B/ retail field
AGE: 25 YEARS-30 YEARS OLD ONLY
Ability to work independently, navigate priorities and tasks assigned in an organized and timely manner with a strong sense of ownership
Strong communication skills, fluent in written and spoken English.
Possess a can-do, solutions-focused approach in a fast-paced/unstructured environment
Excellent interpersonal and interaction skills to work together with people from diverse backgrounds and different levels
Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive; a team player who can positively and productively impact both strategic and operational initiatives
MUST possess own vehicle

**Job Description**:
Oversee 6 - 8 outlets
Scheduling team members to optimise store performance
Assist Operation Manager to manage and monitor compliance of safety standards and company SOPs
Assist with outlet equipment maintenance
Approving of Annual leave, Mc, sick leave etc.
Monitor and maintain outlet cleaning processes
Maintain team work and friendly atmosphere
Enforce company SOPs and policies
Enforce Halal and Haccp SOPs
Ensure all team members are aware of all company updates
Responsible for recruiting, training, supervising and appraising staffs
Maximise outlet profitability and setting sales targets
Ordering stock to meet outlet operational needs
Work with marketing to develop sales and promotions

**Salary**: RM2,400.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
