**Data Entry and Record Keeping**:

- Input data accurately into databases and spreadsheets.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files.
- Assist in the creation and updating of documents, reports, and presentations.

**Support to Management**:

- Assist managers with administrative tasks as needed.
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.
- Conduct research and compile information as requested.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in an administrative role (internships or part-time positions) is a plus but not required.
