- To obtain leads based on our training syllabus
- To actively identify and call on target clients
- To work on an appointment basis job scope
- To drive marketing activities of property listing on own effort
- To develop ongoing clients’ relationships and value approaches to sales, leading with the consultative role.
- To actively participate in all sales activities in order to meet monthly sales target

**Qualifications**:

- No sales experience is required.
- Must be willing to work indoor and outdoor
- Must possess own laptop and transport
- Drive to continuously learn and develop as an individual
- Desire to work in an environment that rewards strong ethical standards and conduct
- Customer service oriented
- Note: This role is commission-based.

**岗位职责**:

- 负责客户的接待、咨询工作,为客户提供专业的房地产置业咨询服务;
- 了解客户需求,提供合适房源,进行商务谈判;
- 陪同客户看房,促成房屋买卖等业务;
- 负责业务跟进及售后服务工作
- 负责公司房源开发与积累,并与客户建立良好的业务协作关系。
**任职要求**:

- 无需销售经验
- 必须接受室内和户外的工作环境
- 必须拥有私人笔记本电脑和交通工具
- 熟练使用office办公软件
- 佣金制度
