Admin Assistant

**Main Responsibilities**:
- Provide day-to-day administration support to the department.
- To prepare a report and summary.
- Answering calls, taking messages, and handling correspondence.
- Preparing customer orders, parcels, and couriers.
- Liaise with courier service & customers to the end of the delivery process.
- Handle documentation, and data entry and organize the filing system effectively.
- Maintains files and records to ensure all are updated and easily accessible.
- Scan documents onto the server.
- Maintenance of office equipment, to ensure all office equipment are well maintained and ensure timely service from suppliers.
- Acting as a receptionist and greeting clients.
- All other related or ad-hoc duties as may be required from time to time.
- The company reserves the right to change responsibilities and duties where circumstances dictate.
**Requirement**:
- Communicate and coordinate efficiently with internal departments.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Good organizational skills and responsibility.
- Detail-oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy, able to multitask.
- Handles confidential financial and personal information appropriately.
- Can communicate in 2 or more language, can speak in Mandarin (is an added advantage).
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
