**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
- To be a part of a team of service desk agent which acts as the single point of contact for users for all IT Incidents and Service Request for client from Malaysia, Australia, Singapore, Vietnam & Taiwan.
- Provision of Level 1 Service Desk to handle call and other alternative channels for all incoming request for IT support and reslove network hardware and software issue within Level 1 scope of work

- Voice : Inbound Call
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Fresh Graduate Diploma/Degree.
- Preferably in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, or relevant field
- Proficient in English (Primary) and BM
**TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT**:
- 1 year contract
**WORKING HOURS**:
- Monday - Friday
- 6.00 am to 6.00 pm (2 shift interval) + OT for 5am + (8GMT) during Australia Daylight savings
**WORK LOCATION**:
- Menara TM Annexe 1, Bangsar
**ALLOWANCES**:
- Shift allowance (RM60 per month)
- Perfect Attendance allowance RM150

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
