Responsible for directly supervising and managing retail employees across retail outlets to ensure they meet the Key Performance Index.
- Ensure a customized training program is developed to enhance the retail employee's skills and deliverables in the retail outlets.
- To ensure overall retail outlets operations are managed effectively to achieve sales targets, maximize profitability and productivity, increase customer satisfaction, and ensure continuous business growth.
- Ensure retail employees adhere to 100 % compliance with all company and local authorities' policies and procedures.
- Must be fast and precise in identifying solutions to address employee performance-related challenges.
- Monitor and administer all matters related to customer satisfaction for the retail outlets.
- Consistently communicate with the Retail Store Manager or Retail Consultants on information’s relation to shop operations, promotions and others.
- To provide after-sales services to client and attend to customers’ complaints.
- To build and have a good relationship among stores personnel, retail consultant, and handle VIPs customer.
- To ensure all orders issued are delivered on time and ensure the highest delivery ratio.
- To coordinate working schedule and daily operations of the outlets.
- To ensure a healthy stock level and perform a stock count on weekly basis
- To conduct competitor surveys on the product's features, prices, and the activities that are taking place in other surrounding outlets.
- To provide feedback and work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to achieve company objectives

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- At least a Diploma/Degree in any discipline.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude, pro-active approach, possess strong leadership qualities, and a team player who can work with minimum supervision and is highly committed
- Required Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and organization skills At least 2 years of working experience in a related field.
- Preferably those who are hands-on and have knowledge in managing retail outlets. Those from home appliance, kitchenware industry are encouraged to apply.
- Must be computer literate and willing to travel outstation and work on weekends.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens.
