- Contribute to planning performance management activities.
- Conduct real-time audits alongside analysts for quality assurance.
- Stay current with project trends and tool improvements.
- Partner with L&D lead to formalize developmental programs for individual and organizational enhancement.
- Conduct refresher training based on quality priorities, assessment errors, and updates.
- Lead New Hire Classes, cross-training, and culture deck training.
- Implement training within performance management initiatives.
- Support site training lead in conducting 1:1 coaching sessions with trainers.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- 1 - 2 years of experience as a trainer coordinator
- 1 year of experience in a call auditing or call monitoring role for inside sales agents
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Sound decision making and organizational skills
- Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences

**Job Type**: Contract

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,400.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
