An international e-commerce startup is on the lookout for a passionate and driven individual like YOU to join them as their Logistics Specialist,

where you'll be responsible for supporting Logistics Optimization Analytics and Merchandising Operations within the China market.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Execute and optimize day-to-day logistics operations - ensuring smooth deliveries to customers based on customer orders.
- Coordinate costs, shipping, and customs declaration, and oversee all inbound and outbound deliveries.
- Analyze data, implement enhancements, and continuously optimize overall logistics process and costs.
- Provide support to the operations and continuously improve the platform's catalog development processes and tools, ensuring efficiency and collaboration among team members.
- Execute special projects to identify market trends and expand the catalog.
- Closely tracking key metrics to ensure the success of different projects and assignments.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in supplier management, procurement, or operations, preferably with experience dealing with the China market.
- Experience in cross-functional project management in a fast-paced
environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Chinese. (Required Mandarin speakers to deal with China market)
- Thrives in a fast-paced start-up environment, willing to learn and contribute ideas across business and technical functions.
