Responsibilities
- To maintain and repair all aspects of the hotel electrical distribution systems, wiring, electronic boards, mechanical, kitchen & laundry equipment, MATV, pumps, motor, generator and heat machines.
- Ensure all property policies and procedures are fully implemented in the department, including health and safety guidelines.
- Supervise and control the maintenance request system.
- Carry out general room inspection, preventative maintenance inspections and reparis including scheduling the project works.
- The Maintenance Supervisor is required to conduct the duties in a courteous, safe and efficient manner, in accordance with Premiere Hotel policies and procedures, ensuring that the highest level of service is maintained.
- Implement and maintain training systems to ensure the associates have the necessary framework and skills to perform thier job efficiently and effectively.
- Perform general maintenance work when required.

**Requirements**:

- SPM, Certificate or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
- Basic electrical job knowledge with supervisory skills in hotel or building experience.
- Good interpersonal skills and team-oriented person
- Able to set priorities and complete tasks effciently
- Able to start immediately

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
