Job Description:

- Craft compelling and visually appealing content for diverse social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, leveraging keen judgment, instinct, and an in-depth understanding of the social media landscape.
- Capture, edit, and create captivating graphics for social image and video content, both in the field and by utilizing existing materials.
- Develop and maintain dynamic content calendars to ensure consistent and timely delivery of engaging content.
- Write and design highly engaging social media posts that resonate with the target audience and ignite their interest.
- Edit, proofread, and distribute content seamlessly across multiple channels, maximizing its impact in a cohesive and effective manner.
- Proactively recommend and optimize clients' content calendars to elevate audience engagement and foster brand loyalty.
- Take ownership of community engagement, customer responses, and crisis management, demonstrating swift and effective action when required.
- Collaborate seamlessly with internal departments to unlock the full potential of the brand, aligning content strategies with overarching marketing goals.
- Deliver timely reports on campaign performance and social media analytics, providing valuable insights and actionable recommendations.
- Conduct thorough market research to analyze industry trends and identify the latest technologies, ensuring content remains innovative and relevant.

**Requirements**:

- Preferably experienced in producing captivating Reels and Videos independently.
- Self-motivated, positive, and highly industrious, consistently demonstrating a strong work ethic.
- Exudes confidence and charisma in front of the camera, captivating audiences with ease.
- Fluent in both Malay and English, showcasing exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Possesses a creative mindset and exceptional storytelling abilities, capable of captivating and engaging audiences.
- Well-versed in social media platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok, with an understanding of their unique dynamics.
- Proficient in utilizing a range of digital media tools and up-to-date designing/video software, such as Canva, Filmora, CapCut, VN, and others.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
