Perform assigned tasks.
- Maintaning files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible.
- Manage phone calls and social media(s) messages.
- Undertake basic bookkeeping tasks and issue invoices, DOs, Quotation, checks etc.
- Monitor stocks of office supplies (paper clips, stationery etc.) and report when there are shortages
- Scanning goods, and ensuring pricing is accurate.
- Collecting payments whether in cash or credit.
- Issue refunds.
- Cross-sell products and introduce other products.
- Resolve customer complaints and guide them with relevant information.
- Greet customers when entering or leaving the nursery.
- Maintain clean and tidy the area.
- Bag or box the items.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 per month
