Job Description:
Report to: MD, Managers
- The primary objective is to enhance the technical skills of the middle tier, including providing technical guidance in the spring manufacturing process to the current staff and managers.
- Oversee and manage the spring production process to optimize production efficiency.
- Provide technical guidance and advice to production line operators, supporting improvements in work efficiency and quality.
- Develop and implement regular maintenance plans for machinery to maximize equipment uptime.
- Perform rapid repair and recovery of malfunctioning machines to minimize production delays.
- Drive innovation in the production process through research and implementation of new technologies and improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, as well as relevant regulations and laws.
- Develop and conduct technical training programs for production staff

Requirement:

- Specialized and experienced knowledge of manufacturing in Spring production for about 10year
- English Language to communicate with Operators.(Regarding Japanese Native, English is not mandatory)
- Driving License
- Installation experience and knowledge of manual transmissions.
- Proficient with technical knowledge of drivetrain components, with a concentration of manual transmissions

Working hours: Monday - Friday 7.45am - 5:30pm
