Hard Anodizing Supervisor

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in hard anodizing processes within a manufacturing or surface treatment environment.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations related to chemical handling and equipment operation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues quickly and effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with team members and other departments.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet production deadlines.
- Familiarity with quality control methods and techniques for inspecting finished products.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification or training in hard anodizing processes.
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Knowledge of environmental regulations related to surface treatment processes.

**The Hard Anodizing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the hard anodizing processes within the surface treatment fabrications department. They ensure the efficient operation of hard anodizing equipment, adherence to quality standards, and the safety of personnel. This role involves supervising a team of technicians and operators, coordinating workflow, troubleshooting equipment issues, and maintaining production schedules. The Hard Anodizing Supervisor reports to the Surface Treatment Fabrications Manager and collaborates with other departments to meet production goals.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise the hard anodizing process, including pre-treatment, anodizing, and post-treatment procedures.
- Lead a team of technicians and operators, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate production records, including process parameters, material usage, and quality inspection results.
- Coordinate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure products meet customer specifications.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as production planning and maintenance, to optimize workflow and resource allocation.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify maintenance needs and address potential hazards.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to hard anodizing.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
