To troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with hardware, software, and network.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on IT-related matters
- Monitor and update IT inventory and documentation
- Assist with IT security and backup procedures
- Minimum 1 year working experience in IT support or administration
- Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication, problem solving and customer service kills

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
