**Responsibilities**:
- Liaising with external vendors and contractors.
- Coordinate and arrange maintenance tasks, repairs job for equipment and facilities (In-house Technician & External vendor)
- Validate suppliers’ invoices and upload to system for management approval.
- Conduct regular safety inspections (member of HSE Org) and address any issues promptly.
- Assist in optimizing the layout of facilities for efficiency and functionality as needed.
- Gather feedback from staff regarding facility conditions and services for improvement.
- Obtaining quotes and negotiating contracts & Preventive Maintenance service (cleaning, maintenance, etc.)
- Maintain an inventory of supplies and equipment & coordinate procurement of necessary items.
- Act as a point of contact between the facility department and other departments.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to facilities.
- Involved in HACCP inspection and documentation (Monthly)
- Involved in HACCP, MeSTI and ERSP audit. (Yearly)
- Prepare and submit department’s claims (Petty cash & mileage claims)
- Tracking expenses and costs related to maintenances (Outlet Maintenance & Trucks)
- Obtaining necessary permits for facility operations.
- Liaise with local authorities’ officer for inspection, breakdown issues and report submission.
- Implement and manage waste disposal and recycling programs.
- In charge of data collection, data analysis and reporting for IETS plant. (Backup)
- Prepare SOPs for related machinery and facilities.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum diploma or equivalent (additional education or certifications in facility management is a plus)
- Familiarity with facility management in a similar role, preferably in the F&B industry.
- Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical staff.
- Ability to quickly address and resolve facility-related issues.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment
- Being fluent in Windows OS (must), Microsoft Office (must), and CAD drawing (added advantage).
Pay: Up to RM3,000.00 per month
