Maintenance Technician

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform corrective and preventive maintenance tasks on production machineries and related MEP systems in production factory.
- Develop and maintain spare parts inventory for production machineries as well as tools and supplies needed for basic repairs and preventive maintenance of machineries.
- Diagnose, develop plan to repair, and execute repair works in a timely manner
- Report on maintenance activities, recent repairs, and areas of concern to Operations Manager
- Liaise with contractors to schedule planned cleaning and maintenance works
- Perform other miscellaneous duties/projects as assigned by Operations Manager

**Job Requirements**:

- Formal training in electrical & electronics, pneumatic, mechanical or experience in these fields
- Basic knowledge of general maintenance practices
- Basic technical knowledge and ability to read, interpret, and understand electrical diagrams, parts diagrams, and other technical documents
- Experience with basic power and hand tools
- Experience in safety requirements for production facilities maintenance
- Able to Basic computer skills & knowledge of CMMS system to record, file, and report maintenance orders and plans
- Accountable, self-motivated to learn, and able to follow company and departmental rules and guidelines
- 3 to 5 years of experience in production facilities maintenance
