Prepare all the relevant procedures such as inspection and test plan, WPS/PQR hydrotest, post weld heat treatment, painting. Guide QC Department by providing the summary list of Code/Specifications whenever necessary. Conduct pre-review on material's mill certificate/specification. Regular review and monitor the welder/welding operator log. Review of material requisition for the compliance of code and specifications. Conduct new procedure qualifications whenever necessary and keep updated list of WPS as PQR's. Conduct new welder qualifications test whenever necessary and keep updated list of qualified welders.
