Account Executive

We are currently looking for an Accounts Executive to manage our company’s full set of accounts.
The accountant is responsible for managing daily accounting tasks and financial activities within the organization. This role demands accuracy, excellent organizational skills, and a strong understanding of accounting principles. Accounts Executive responsibilities include reviewing and reconciling accounts, invoice billing, processing payments to external partners and maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts. To be successful in this role, you should have a Finance or Accounting background and be familiar with bookkeeping. We need professional who has experience in handling Import and Trading. Ultimately, you will ensure all financial transactions are accurate and on time.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES**
- Able to handle full sets of accounts including preparation.
- Perform day-to-day accounting functions such as Account Payable, Account Receivable, General Ledger, balance sheets, profit & loss statements also data entry of accounting system.
- Integrate AI and GPT technology into daily operations to optimize performance and decision-making.
- Assist to resolve issue internally and externally in regards of accounting issues to ensure the operation runs smoothly. - Assist in liaison with external parties on audit, tax agent, banker and etc.
- To monitor import and trading accounts. - Manage obligations to suppliers, customers and third-party vendors.
- Reconcile financial statements, prepare to send and store invoices.
- Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payment.
- Prepare cash flow projections weekly or monthly.
- Year-end audit preparation.
- Maintain a database of clients, prospects, partners, and vendors.
- Undertake any additional duties assigned by Management or superior as required.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Possess at least Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or any related fields.
- Professional certificate such as CA/CPA/ACCA is highly desirable.
- Experience handling import and trading will be beneficial.
- Fresh graduates with 2 years of accounting experience including month-end closing and a full set of accounts will have an advantage.
- Experience overseeing budgets and expenses.
- Experience developing internal processes and filling systems.
- Basic understanding of accountancy and bookkeeping.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Basic administration writing skills, problem solving, reporting skills and inventory skills.
- Able to work independently or as a team.
JOB TYPE: Full time, Fixed shift, Monday to Friday
