Assistant Qs

Responsible in planning, organizing, managing, controlling and communicating on all phases of a project service.
- Negotiate and deal with clients and suppliers towards a win-win situation and embrace the best alternative to a negotiated agreement.
- Responsible in report documentation and provide important details to develop future forecasts, track project progress, budget planning and improve the decision making.
- Handling tenders and responsible to obtain a fair price and best value for undertaking works.
- Monitor projects to meet a required project scope, time range, cost and quality parameters.
- Responsible to provide a quotation and proposed price analysis to potential clients and supplier.
- Monitor project timeline with a complete project schedule (CPM/ work progress) and gantt chart.
- Handling all the invoices claim report preparations and submitted to the responsible department for processing.
- Ensure all the projects align with the project specifications and meet the client's requirement.

Job Requirements:

- Degree/Diploma in quantity surveying or related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Experience in pre-qualification exercises, tender bids and preparing quotations.
- Able to take-off quantities and prepare cost estimates and budgets.
- Must have basic knowledge of contractual matters.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Computer literate.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Quantity Surveyor: 3 years (preferred)
