**Role Description**

**Responsibilities**:
Finance and Accounting:

- Handle day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including financial statements and reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure financial data integrity.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses.
- Process invoices, track expenses, and manage expense reports.
- Collaborate with external auditors during financial audits.
- Other related ad-hoc tasks assigned by management

Administration:

- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Manage and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven 1-2 years experience in finance and accounting roles.
- Strong proficiency in financial software (QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with administrative tasks and office management.
