Dialysis Asisstant Driver

**CLINICAL**

1. To support team in the centre and to provide care within agreed competencies as per instructed by a Post Basic Nurse In Charge.

**ADMINISTRATIVE**

1. Transporting patients and clients utilizing company vehicles in a safe and professional manner.

2. Maintain a professional image and attitude regarding clients, visitors, and co ‐ workers.

3. Complete daily vehicle pre ‐ trip and post trip inspections and maintain vehicle cleanliness.

4. Assist clients and patients as needed to safely complete the transfer.

5. Accurately complete activity logs vehicle reports.

6. Performs start of shift vehicle and ensuring the vehicle is clean and ready for use.

7. Adhere to and follow all policies and procedures concerning safety and contamination by bloodborne pathogens.

8. Report any day to day incidents, vehicle malfunctions, to Post Basic Nurse in Charge prior to the end of your shift.

9. Carry out other related duties as assigned.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mutiara Damansara: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Driver: 1 year (preferred)
- clinical: 1 year (preferred)
