1. Menjaga kebersihan premis, sekeliling restoran. 2. Melayan pelanggan dengan mesra dan profesional. 3. Memberi keterangan menu hidangan makanan yang terdapat di Restoran. 4. Mengambil tempahan makanan dan minuman yang tepat daripada pelanggan. 5. Menghantar makanan dan minuman yang tepat kepada pelanggan. 6. Mengangkat pinggan, mangkuk, cawan dan segala kelengkapan yang kotor dan hantar ke bahagian dishwash. 7. Memastikan keadaan restoran dan kebersihan sentiasa ditahap maksimum. 8. Membantu memantau stok jika diperlukan. 9. Menjaga kelengkapan dan peralatan restoran. 10. Mematuhi SOP dan arahan semasa majikan.
