**Responsibilities**:
**2.Performance Management**: The HR Executive is responsible for monitoring the performance of employees, providing feedback, and conducting performance appraisals.
**3.Employee Relations**: The HR Executive is responsible for fostering good relations between management and employees, handling grievances, and resolving conflicts.
**4.Compensation and Benefits**: The HR Executive is responsible for managing the compensation and benefits package for employees, including salary, bonuses, and employee benefits.
**5.Training and Development**: The HR Executive is responsible for identifying the training needs of employees and developing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills.
**6.Compliance**: The HR Executive is responsible for ensuring that the organization complies with all labor laws, regulations, and policies, including equal employment opportunity laws, anti-discrimination laws, and workplace safety regulations.
**7.Employee Engagement**: The HR Executive is responsible for developing and implementing programs and initiatives to improve employee engagement and job satisfaction.
8. He/She must know deal with government (JTK/IR) and submisison for government payment (monthly).
**Requirements**:
1. Degree in Human Resource or other relevent courses.
2. With min 3 years relevant working experience.
**3. Languages**: English & Mandarin
