Account Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Involvement in day-to-day accounting operations, such as data key in/ reconciling.
- Proper filling and maintaining financial records
- Assist in AR function such as key in invoice, issue official receipt.
- Assist in monthly management reporting and analysis.
- Prepare monthly account receivable reconciliation, bank reconciliation.
- Maintain and prepare SST record and submission.
- Liaise with tasks demanded by auditors and tax agent for year end audit and tax return.
- Any other duties as maybe assigned from time to time by the superior.
**Requirements**:
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting system. Experience in SQL is an added advantage.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Both verbal and written communication. Ability to speak & write Mandarin will be an added advantage in dealing with China counterpart.
- Those with experience in the F&B is an added advantage.
**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
