- Perform the assigned logistics works e.g. receiving goods, inspection, pick & pack, inventory control, etc, in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures / Instruction given / etc.
- Coordinate with internal and external parties as required by Standard Operating Procedures /instruction/etc.
- Organize stock and merchandise within the warehouse by properly unboxing and storing goods in their designated location
- Maintain accurate records of stock
- Verify all incoming shipments to be accurate by comparing the invoice/Packing list to the order and ensure all goods are in good condition upon receipt. Marking on incoming documents if discrepancy /damage are found and report to Supervisor/Customer service immediately.
- Verify all outgoing shipments to be accurate by comparing the invoice/Packing List to the order and ensure all goods are correct before release to transporter/driver/export container
- Manage and handle shipping, loading and unloading of goods
- To ensure all stocks are correctly captured/recorded in system
- Accurate on picking/packing, weight and cargo dimensions are correctly taken.
- To ensure smooth and efficient flow of all inbound and outbound shipment.
- To ensure cleanliness/housekeeping / tidiness of warehouse, warehouse equipment is kept in good order/conditions
- Any ad-hoc task assigned
- Always adhering to warehouse safety to avoid any personal injury / property damage

**Job Requirements / Minimum Requirements**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is preferred.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management software.
- Knowledge of warehouse equipment and its safe operation.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and carrying heavy objects.
- Forklift certification
