**JOB DESCRIPTION - INTERN (MARKETING)**

**Responsibilities**:

- 1) Social Media & Ecommerce Management:_

Ø Assist in managing and curating content for our social media & Ecommerce platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, website.

Ø Monitor engagement metrics and trends, and suggest improvements based on insights.
- 2) Content Creation:_

Ø Help create engaging and relevant content for blog posts, articles, social media posts, and other marketing materials.

Ø Collaborate with the team to develop visually appealing and informative content.
- 3) Market Research:_

Ø Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.

Ø Summarize findings and present recommendations to improve our marketing strategies.
- 4) Campaign Support:_

Ø Coordinate with team members to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and meet objectives.
- 5) Data Analysis:_

Ø Compile and analyze data from various marketing channels to measure campaign performance.

Ø Prepare reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- 6) Assist in Marketing Strategy:_

Ø Contribute ideas and insights during brainstorming sessions to help shape marketing strategies.

Ø Provide support in implementing strategies to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
- 7) Administrative Tasks:_

Ø Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as needed.

Ø Help maintain marketing calendars, schedules, and databases.

**Job Types**: Internship, Student job
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: RM500.00 per month
