**Warehouse & Hose Assembly Assistant**

**Salary**: $2,000 to$2,500 (RM6800-RM8500)

**Working Hours**: Monday - Friday (08:45am - 17:30pm)

**Location**: Kallang Way
- Responsible for driving marketing and post sales service business in South East Asia and Middle East
- Identify service business opportunities from existing customers or new installation-based customers
- Interface with customers on after sales service and identify the customers’ requirements
- Provide field diagnostic service and prepare investigation reports
- Propose customers the preventive maintenance, overhaul or modification solutions
- Discuss and liaise with Engineering and Factory for modification proposals
- Prepare and follow up the critical spare parts for Relay, VCB, Switchgear and Transformer
- Work closely with subcontractors in fulfilment of repair and maintenance schedule
- Conduct technical training to enable users and customers in optimizing the products performance
- Update customer complaints log system and prepare failure analysis report
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years field service and 2 years technical service sales experience in the related industry
- Sound technical knowledge in Variable Speed Drive and Substation equipment's (including VCB/VCS, switchgear, transformer and MCC)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Flexible and adaptable in site environment
- Hands-on and able to work independently on job sites
- Customer oriented, pleasant disposition and good attitude
- Possess good planning and time management skills
- Ready to support customer with on call system
- Able to work under pressure to meet tight schedule
- Ready to travel on overseas business trips as required
- Possess class 3 driving license
- Expansion role
- 1-2 rounds of interview
- Report to Senior Field Service Manager
- Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering/Power Engineering or equivalent

**Allowance**
- Hand Phone allowance
- OT pay
- Able to use his/her own vehicle for travelling to clients (parking fees between premises and milage will be claimable)

**Medical Benefit**

- Dental Allowance (based on claim; up to $300/year)

**Bonus**
- Varible bonus : 1month
- AWS: 1 month

**Salary**: RM6,800.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
