Responsible for general admin duties with related duties.
- Experiences working at property management and residency building is an advantage
- Perform dedicated customer service.
- Process leasing for vacant tenancy unit.
- Prepare monthly billings & send to owners/residents.
- Handle all general administrative work
- Assist in handling complaints from residents.
- Send reminders to defaulters & follow-up calls.
- Receive daily payments & issuance of official receipts
- Receive, update & keep proper records of all payments and deposits collected.

Language: Bahasa Melayu, English

Qualification: SPM / STPM / Diploma.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
