- Support the IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and other systems
- Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support
- Organize and maintain IT resource
- Lend IT support in areas such as cybersecurity, programming, analytics, and data center management
- Be involved and assist with projects
- Support in new technology trend research activities when needed

**Requirement/Qualifications**:

- Possesses a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Data Science, Business Intelligence or any relevant fields
- Strong verbal and written communication (Preferably Chinese)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in teams
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Passion for new technologies
- Disciplined
- Humble and willing to learn

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
