Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resource functions, which include recruitment, employment, payroll, administration, compensation and benefits, and any other HR related matters.
- Responsible for timely processing of payroll and related reports for submission to relevant government authorities such as EPF, Socso, LHDN, etc.
- Monitor and process timely on staff confirmation, contract renewal, promotion, salary adjustment, annual appraisal.
- Maintains human resource information records benefits and compiles reports responsible in HR administrative matters.
- Review and update the organization charts, photo charts and function charts.
- Leader to conduct & participate in company events - birthday lunch, family days, festive celebrations, annual dinner, townhall meeting, trips and etc.

**Requirements**:
1. At least 3 years HR experience.
2. Willing to learn to use sandmerits system for performance awarding.
3. Experienced in HRDC and ISO is an advantage.
4. Assessment of staff personality traits using 16 personalities or DISC is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
