Admin and Accounts Assistant

**Job description**
- Do collection and issue official receipt.
- Recording complaints and ensuring proper follow up.
- Billing, defaulter list updates, reminder letter and notices.
- Prepare and proper filing of documents.
- Issuance of letter, complaints to local authorities.
- Attend to all administration.
- Petty cash.
- Attend phone calls.
- Arrange appointment for Building Executive.
- Maintain proper recording of stock and inventory.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 2 years working experience.
- Knowledge and handling of accounting system e.g. CSS/UBS would be an added advantage.
- Qualifications: SPM/STPM/Certificate/Diploma in relevant field.
- Applicant must willing to work in Telok Gong, Port Klang.
- Able to start work immediately.
- Must possess own transport
Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
