**Qualifications**
- Excellent listening, retention and note taking skills to maintain a high level of accuracy
- Ability to concentrate, stay detached from the conversation, and always remain neutral and objective
- Ability to quickly establish personal credibility
- Ability to follow client's instructions closely
- Ability to explain certain cultural concepts to avoid miscommunication with the permission or at request of the client
- B2 CEFR English Level bilingual with either Mandarin or Cantonese
- Able to work from home on a permanent basis

**Responsibilities**
- Provide language interpretation from one language to another for individual with language barrier to understand and communicate to each other.
- Handling telephone or video calls on demand and renders meaning of conversations in the consecutive mode of interpretation between speakers of[Cantonese/ Mandarin] and English.
- Processes information quickly and concisely, recognizes sensitive cultural differences, and is always professional and courteous

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,553.91 - RM7,392.62 per month
