Quantity Surveyor

Job Scope and Responsibilities:

- Develop, implements and update project status information and monitoring systems to evaluate project budgets and administer their execution.
- Prepare preliminary cost estimates, bill of quantities and contract documentation between Cypark, clients, joint-venture partners, consultants, contractors and suppliers. Provide technical advice on contractual matters at all stages of proposals and projects.
- Prepare and issue requests for quotation, evaluate quotations, negotiate and prepare a recommendation to Head of Department/Board of Directors.
- To issue Letter of Award and Letter of Appointment.
- Serves as point of contact and advisor to clients on matters related to the firm’s services.
- Provides oversight and coordination to the service delivery process to ensure seamless execution and total client satisfaction.
- Prepares claims and financial reports, recommendations and correspondence on proposed and ongoing projects, reviews and edits reports.
- Prepare and present a monthly project performance report (proposals and claims submitted, claims projection, projects on-going) and forward monthly action plan.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor Degree / Diploma - Quantity Survey / Construction Management / Technology Management / Building or related
- 4 or 6 years experience relevant working experience.

**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
