**The Mixologist & Beverage Specialist role is a pivotal position within our establishment, focusing on crafting exceptional beverage experiences for our guests. This role involves creating innovative and delicious cocktails, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation, and engaging with customers to enhance their overall experience.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Crafting Signature Cocktails: Develop and perfect a range of signature cocktails that showcase creativity, flavor balance, and presentation.
- Maintaining Beverage Quality: Ensure consistency in beverage quality by carefully measuring and pouring ingredients, following standardized recipes, and adhering to strict quality control measures.
- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations based on their preferences. Enhance the overall guest experience through friendly and knowledgeable service.
- Bar Management: Keep the bar area organized, clean, and well-stocked. Manage inventory levels, replenish supplies, and maintain equipment to ensure efficient operations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff to coordinate orders, expedite service, and uphold our commitment to excellence in guest satisfaction.

**Hiring Criteria**
- Proven experience in mixology or bartending roles, preferably in high-volume establishments.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated creativity in developing new cocktails and beverage offerings.
- Genuine enthusiasm for creating memorable guest experiences and commitment to excellence in service.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
