**JOB RESPONSIBILTIES**
- Provide administrative support as and when assigned
- Co-ordinate the front desk functions and guest reception
- Attend to all incoming and outgoing calls appropriately and courteously
- Attend to all guests or visitors enquiries at the reception counter
- Co-ordinate mails, dispatch and courier service.
- Conduct and maintain inventory of stationeries and distribute stationeries to all department
- Liaise with Admin Assistant for replenishment of stationary stock
- Monitor cleanliness of pantry and replenish beverage for vending machine
- Compile petrol card fuel refill receipt / Touch n Go statement and submit for verification
- Perform any others duties that may be assigned by the Superior from time to time.

**QUALIFICATION**
- Must be minimum PMR / SPM Certificate Holder
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Computer literate

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
