**JOB DESCRIPTION**

Qualification:
1.Diploma Certification in Mechanical,Manufacturing Technology or related field.

2.All qualifications must comply with provincial human rights legislation.

3.Qualifications include Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

- Minimum 5 years working experience related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of management or supervisory experiennce
- Machine maintenance knowledge.
- Understand technical direction on blueprints, Job travelers and MS Office suite

Responsibilities:
1. This position will report to the Supervisor / Section Head

2. Demonstrate the ability to perform all of the Machinist Grade I, II and III requirements

3. Support all CNC manufacturing requirement with minimum supervision Ensure that all machines are running and meeting the production expectations

4. Assists Manufacturing Engineering in machining adjustments and operational improvement5Ensures strict tolerance requirements are maintained in the manufacture of parts..Ensures strict tolerance requirements are maintained in the manufacture of parts.

5. Confers and corresponds with establishment representatives to rectify problems, such as damages, shortages, and non-conformance to specifications.

6. Effectively communicates production requirements to team members.6Ensures maximum efficiencies are being done by Leaders, Machinists and Operators while completed on time and with quality.

7. Ensure operation of equipment by coordinating repairs and preventative maintenance.

8. Effectively coach team members to ensure they understand and actively participate in continuous improvement processes.

9. Any other responsibility which may be assigned form time to time by immediate superior and above

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
