**Job Scope**

**Baking Assistance**: Assisting in the baking process by measuring ingredients, and operating baking equipment.

**Production Planning**: Helping to plan baking schedules based on orders and inventory levels, coordinating with other team members to ensure timely production, and managing resources efficiently.

**Inventory Management**: Assisting in inventory control by monitoring ingredient levels, conducting inventory counts, and notifying management of any shortages or excesses.

**Quality Control**: Assisting in maintaining high-quality standards for baked goods by conducting visual inspections, monitoring baking times and temperatures, and following quality control procedures.

**Cleaning and Sanitation**: Helping to maintain a clean and sanitary baking environment by washing dishes, sanitizing work surfaces and equipment, and adhering to food safety protocols.

**Learning and Development**: Taking advantage of the opportunity to learn from experienced bakers, gaining hands-on experience in a commercial kitchen, and developing skills in baking techniques, recipe formulation, and time management.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM500.00 per month
