Provide administrative support to the Maintenance Department
- Generation and distribution of maintenance, production and to responsible parties
- Updating and maintaining asset, preventive maintenance task information
- Tracking information, schedule and work order data
- Organizing and coordinating activities with maintenance, outlets, operations and project department
- Analyzing downtime data to develop effective preventive maintenance procedures
- Gathering information to complete monthly report for maintenance
- Coordinating contractor work along with unscheduled work
- Distributing all required material to Branch Manager, Operation Department, and contractor before coming to site

**Qualification**
- Degree/diploma in Business Admin or related field
- Excellent skills in organization and strict on time management
- Execute activities and responsibilities in accordance with Quality Management Systems, know the policies and documents (visual aids, instructions, procedures)
- Good communication skill

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From RM1,800.00 per month
