Responsible for purchasing goods and services for the company.
- Ensuring that the procurement process is efficient and cost-effective.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure that the store has sufficient stock.
- Responsible for conducting regular inventory checks and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Work closely with vendors to negotiate prices and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure that the company's needs are being met.
- Analyze purchasing and inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and make informed purchasing decisions.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, inventory levels, and vendor information.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations and laws related to procurement and purchasing.
- Communicate with other departments within the company, such as marketing and sales, to ensure that purchasing decisions align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Undertake other special assignements, adhoc functions and related duties as required by company.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
