Assistant Storeman

Responsibilities:

- Data Entry of Stores
- Accept and inspect incoming orders and store in the appropriate location.
- Inspect all goods received - checking for damage to, quantity and quality of items and that goods correlate to purchase orders.
- Generating checklists for assemblers by using SQL Accounting System.
- Pick components for orders as required by Production Engineer.
- Co-ordinate and oversee timely and accurate stock take processes.
- Follow all QA procedures in relation to stock control.
- Ensure that the store, containers and surrounding areas are in order, tidy and free from hazards.
- Assume other duties as assigned by the Storeman and Production Engineer/Supervisor.
