Junior Photographer

**Job Summary**:
As a Junior Photographer, you will excel in planning and executing moodboards for shoots. Your responsibilities will include capturing lifestyle and flat lay images of products, editing and color grading the images. Effective communication with the social media team is essential to align visual content with brand requirements and maintain a cohesive online presence. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to contribute to the creative process and develop valuable skills within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
- _Create mood board for lifestyle photoshoot to ensure consistency in styling across all shots._
- _Capture product lifestyle photos and flat lays_
- _Edit and color grade the photos according to the planned style._
- _Occasionally create short reels showcasing the product _

**Duties/Responsibilities**:

- _Develop shot lists and plan for photoshoots, considering locations, lighting, and timing._
- _Use photo editing software to enhance and retouch images, ensuring they meet quality standards._
- _Deliver finished photos within agreed-upon timelines._
- _Be versatile in adapting photography styles to suit different projects._
- _Communicate with the social media team to align with visual requirements._

**Required Skills/Abilities**:

- _Proficiency in Mandarin and English languages._
- _Familiar with various types of cameras, lenses, and photography equipment._
- _Familiar with photo editing software such as Adobe Lightroom CC and Adobe Photoshop, knowledge of video editing software is a plus._
- _Basic understanding of lighting techniques and the ability to handle lighting equipment._
- _Keen eye for detail to ensure proper setup and composition._
- _Quick thinking to address any unexpected challenges such as technical issues._
- _Creative thinking to contribute ideas and ability to adapt to different photography styles._
- _Willingness to learn new techniques, equipment, and industry trends._
- _Efficiently manage time to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to schedules._

**Education and Experience**:

- Diploma / Degree in a suitable field (preferred) _

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
