**Job Descriptions**:
- Handling Recruitment Documentation
- Assist Payroll Team during payroll period
- Handle Labour Charger & Claims Documentation
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
1) Diligently and faithfully perform the duties, which the Employer may from time to time assign to him/her in connection with the business of the Employer.
2) Assist other Employees in carrying out their duties as reasonably required and instructed by the Employer or Reporting Superior.
3) Always act with zero tolerance of unsafe working practices, behaviours and conditions.
4) Maintain confidentiality and observe data protection and associated guidelines where appropriate.
5) Other tasks and ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior(s) from time to time.
**Requirements**:
1) At least 2-year working experience in the related field or posting.
2) Team player with a mature personality and able to work independently under pressure.
3) Possess own transport.
4) Able to overtime as and when required by Employer.
5) Age from 25 - 35 years old
6) Working Time Monday to Friday (8.30am - 6pm) & Saturday (Alternative) 8.30am - 1pm. 7) Able to speak Chinese & English Fluent
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Internship, Fresh graduate
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
