**1.** **JOB SCOPE**

Job-holder is responsible for providing building maintenance for the premises and facilities. This is accomplished by performing minor maintenance repairs in HVAC (related functions of heating, ventilating and air-conditioning), electrical, plumbing, carpentry and painting. Other duties include exterior grounds clean up (if applicable), and set up of tables, chairs and other facilities for events, to name a few.

The job-holder is responsible to ensure that the maintained buildings, equipment and grounds are in proper functioning and has an acceptable general appearance.

**1.** **PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES**

Individual responsibilities and accountabilities

A. Operations and deployment.
- Evaluate, diagnose, and troubleshoot buildings, systems, and equipment as assigned.
- Identify standard tools, equipment, materials, methods, and practices used in multiple building maintenance crafts.
- Monitor inventory level of equipment, supplies and materials for the purpose of maintaining availability of required items and completing jobs efficiently.
- Set up and dismantle equipment or infrastructure for events and activities, including electrical, sound and stage.
- Dismantle and install furniture and fixtures.
- Provide assistance in office furniture reconfigurations, furniture moves and office moves as requested.
- Perform preventative and routine building maintenance (e.g., replaces fluorescent light bulbs and ballasts, repairs and/or replaces floor tile, carpet, plumbing fixtures, roofs, windows, doors, walls, ceiling tiles, etc.

Pay: RM2,104.26 - RM2,997.00 per month
